FLU SHOTS & MASK POLICY
Flu shots are now available for patients 6 months and older.
Mask Policy in effect as of October 1st, 2025.
Medical masks are required if you have the following symptoms:
- Sore Throat
- Fever
- Cough
- Running Nose
- Shortness of Breath
- Body Aches
- Chills
- Loss of Smell or Taste
If you do not have a mask, you may purchase one from the reception desk for $1.00
